Ceased to Exist Syrah 2023

Syrah from the Paeroa vineyard which is home to the Poppelvej winery. 100% whole berry, wild fermented & pressed directly into oak of which 25% was new French Damy and Billion puncheons.

This wine was aged for 12 months on lees before being racked and aged for another 6 months in barrel.

This is Poppelvej's interpretation of classic McLaren Vale Shiraz, made with the same philosophy as the rest of our range.
